Vitality is a program for 60+ that gently coaches you through movements to enhance your lifestyle.

You don’t have to be an advanced mover. All levels can enjoy Vitality.
The Program
Vitality runs monthly in cohorts of 10 participants.
Vitality is a virtual class. You and your instructor can see each other and interact.
Registration for Vitality is through our safe online portal, which secures your spot.
Registration for the June Cohort is now open at $199 for 8 sessions.
Vitality classes run for 45 minutes and include: warm-up, exercise, cool down, and a Q&A session.
How to Prepare
Choose a safe, open area for movement.
Log on 5-10 minutes before class.
Have a small towel and a bottle of water handy.
If you take medication, please continue to do so. A small meal 1 hour before your class is okay.

This class is specifically for seniors who want to strengthen their health through movement and exercise. The class also serves as a warm community of support from the instructor and the participants.

Sure! We first advise you to get medical clearance from your Physician. We’re sure they will welcome the activity. Secondly, we encourage you to start moving your body. A few examples are doing a small stretch when you wake up, or going for a cool walk when you are hydrated. But don’t worry, your instructor will give you plenty of help in this area!

Awesome question! LaShanna is certified in personal training, corrective exercise, and senior fitness. She has designed exercise programs for Silver Sneakers and the YMCA. She has over 17 years of experience working with the senior community. But most of all, she loves inspiring and improving lives.

If you start to feel unwell during the class, stop immediately. Notify the instructor on the screen so she can walk you through an assessment. If you are dealing with a serious health issue, but are cleared to participate we strongly suggest you have someone present during your class. Please make sure that you have hydrated before class and feel free to move at your own pace. The instructor will encourage it.
